1. Eligibility (Age Restrictions)

You must be 18 years or older to purchase vaping products from Cheap Eliquid.

We use age verification checks at checkout and/or during fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order where we cannot verify age or where satisfactory proof of age is not provided.

2. Product Safety & Nicotine Warning

Some products sold on our Site may contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance.

Not intended for use by:

• Non-smokers
• Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
• Individuals with medical conditions without first seeking medical advice

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended as smoking cessation products. Always follow manufacturer instructions and inspect products before use.

3. Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 28 calendar days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return/refund:

• Products must be unused and unopened and returned in original packaging and seals (where applicable).
• For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened: e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, pods, or any device/tank that has been filled or used (unless faulty).

Refunds are issued once returned goods are received and inspected, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Returns & Faulty Items

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage for any return.

We cannot process refunds or replacements for returns that we do not receive and where no proof of return has been provided.

Faulty items:

• Please contact Customer Support before returning the item.
• Faulty products may be replaced or refunded (including where packaging has been opened), subject to inspection and troubleshooting where appropriate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

It is your responsibility to enter complete and accurate delivery details when placing an order.

• If incorrect address details are provided and a parcel is delivered incorrectly or cannot be delivered, we cannot offer a free replacement.
• If a parcel is returned to us, we may issue a refund minus the original shipping costs, where applicable.
• We may consolidate multiple orders into a single package where appropriate.

International deliveries may be subject to local import regulations and charges. We accept no liability if goods are refused by customs or if duties/taxes are imposed.

6. Product Information & Availability

• Product images are for illustration only. Packaging, design, or colour may vary and may change without notice.
• “Cigarette equivalency” or puff estimates are manufacturer guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
• Product availability may change at any time and we may amend or discontinue products without notice.

7. Payment Security

Payments on our Site are processed securely by authorised payment providers. Depending on the option selected, this may include:

• Klarna Bank AB (publ) (Pay Now / Pay Later, where available)

We do not store or have access to your full card or bank details on our servers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use contrary to safety guidance.
